    A plan for the calendar year, the season or twelve months, for oneself or the whole family. Renewal takes one click, and a reminder arrives before it expires.

The money goes straight to the association

Each member has a wallet for membership fees, bookings and activities. It is topped up by card on Stripe's payment page: the funds reach the association's Stripe account, which it opens and manages itself. Assotolia keeps the ledger and never holds the money.

  • Your members are not a product

    No trackers, no advertising, no resources loaded from third parties, no third-party artificial intelligence: pages are served by the portal itself, and only card payment goes through Stripe's secure page. Nothing is published about a member without their consent.

  • Accessible to all

    The portal works with a keyboard, with a screen reader, and even without JavaScript. It is designed to RGAA 4.1, the French standard based on WCAG 2.1 level AA, and automated accessibility checks run again with every release.

  • Your hosting, your choice

    In the European Union, each organisation in its own space with its own database, or on your own server with the same software.

    Passwords stored to current best practice, role-based rights for the front desk, volunteers and the board, and a log that records every action. Every release goes through automated security analyses.
